I'm feeling pretty good. i went to the gym after work tonight. I have a huge urge to go the kitchen and eat something but i'm not going to. I've had a realization that I need to lose weight. I have even more motivation after what my boyfriends brother said about me. He thought I was a completely different person, said I looked good when he first saw me and now I look FAT :-( ....... So I know I need to lose weight. My boyfriend doesn't mind the way I look but I just feel so Disgusting. I'm so not use to being this big. I'm determined to get back to my regular size and feel like me again........ I know its going to take time and motivation but I'm willing to put in all the time I need
